The referral you don't have to wait for. A short book, with the follow-up built in.

I write short books for financial advisors and other experts who grow by referral, then build the page, emails and booking form that give readers a way to book a call with you. The book is the front door. The follow-up behind it is the marketing I've built for 12 years.

That short book got me hired at Jason Capital, where I worked up from email copywriter to Chief Revenue Officer. A friend also emailed it to his list. One reader booked a call. That became a $5,000 project, then a multi-year agency partnership, and $1.1 million in revenue, direct and indirect.

  • Zack is a genius (coming from someone who's made $3.7M+ in marketing)

I've been in the marketing/client acquisition space for 13 years, made $3.7M+ for my own companies and have had success in over a dozen niches.

So when I say that Zack is a genius when it comes to getting clients, I mean it, and I have the backing/experience/knowledge to have that actually mean something.

Read this book at all costs.

  • Most books don't get clients. This one does.

Most books promise the world but deliver fluff, The Book That Gets Clients delivers a real, repeatable system. No funnels, no burnout—just smart strategy. If you're an expert, consultant, or fractional pro, this book shows how to attract premium clients with calm, clarity, and confidence.

  • This Client Book Actually Shows You HOW

I've read a lot of books that supposedly help you land clients. Most are hype.

    Lots of noise.

    Big promises.

    Little substance.

This one is so different. It's refreshingly quiet.

It delivers actual structure you can use.

It doesn't just tell you what to do. It shows you.

It gives you what you need to run with and make something valuable.

It's long enough to be valuable. Short enough to read in an hour or so.

Definitely worth picking up. You won't be disappointed!

  • The Simplest Strategy for Booking Clients

Zack Zeller takes the complexity out of getting clients for your business.

A must read for experts who are tired of pumping out content with no leads and clients to show for it.

Read it in one sitting and you'll have a clear path to booking clients.

  • Don't waste your “business card”

Many people say a book is a great business card, but they're only half-right. Not every chisel creates a masterpiece and not every book grows a business.

Your book is a tool and you need to know how to use it—thankfully that's what Zack teaches clearly here!

This strategy has become my favorite way to get clients who've already read my books (sometimes multiple times) before we ever talk so they're psychologically presold.

This approach can work for writing your book or using the book you already have. Love it!

  • Excellent Game Plan that Avoids LinkedIn Headaches

The plan is quite simple and fully explained. It is practical, illuminating, and an invitation to avoid burn out on LinkedIn and elsewhere. You will be ready to take action as soon as you finish reading. Go for it.

  • One of the few marketing books that immediately gave me ideas

I read a lot of business and marketing books, so it's rare for one to give me multiple ideas that I can put to work right away.

    This one did.

Rather than relying on hype, Zack walks through practical ways a book can become a genuine client acquisition asset. I found myself making notes throughout because several concepts aligned with systems I'm actively building in my own business.

It's concise, actionable, and respectful of the reader's time.

If you're considering using a book as part of your business strategy, I'd definitely recommend adding this to your reading list.

  • Marketing the Book is Half of the Job!

You want to write a book or maybe you already did. A business book—something that shares your expertise, brings in new clients, leads to some podcast guest interviews & maybe even a few speaking engagements.

The thing is, writing the book is only half of the work! Ouch!

The other half is marketing the book. Actually getting it into the right hands, minds and hearts.

If you give up before you get to the marketing, you've wasted a lot of time & effort.

But let's face it, marketing a book is HARD. There's really been no better time in history to be an author—but you need to leverage some book marketing genius to activate a book flywheel that will fuel your business.

That's what Zack Zeller delivers in this easy-to-read 40-page mini-book. A quick, action plan for getting in the marketing fast lane so your book gets to the right readers, fast!

Did you know you need to support your book launch with Amazon ads? Me neither. And I worked in book PR for 20 years!

Everyday there's a new way to market your book. The authors that sell for YEARS (like James Clear, Ryan Holiday & Rachel Richards) partner with someone like Zack Zeller who is leading the industry in creating fast-acting strategies that capture your target audience's attention.

There's plenty of DIY strategies here. And a clear articulation of what's working today & why it works.

Add this one to your marketing stack. You'll keep referring back to the strategies & frameworks so you can get your book in the right hands!

  • So simple and actionable!

Zack has a gift for cutting the fluff and getting straight to the heart of what needs to be done. In The Book That Gets Clients, not only does he tell you what to do, but he tells you when to do it, AND gives tips to make those steps easier (while avoiding common pitfalls). Most authors write a book to make more money, but they don't. This book will make it so that you do.

  • Finally, a Tactical Authority-Building Strategy That Makes Sense

This book sparked real ideas for how I can launch my own. It's rare to see someone lay out a tactical, trust-first strategy for building authority especially in today's climate where skepticism is at an all-time high. Refreshing and actually actionable. The book gives real examples, structure, and even the psychology behind why it works. Looking forward to implementing.

  • Zack is the real deal!

I've known the author for years and have benefited directly from his expertise. What I appreciate about Zack's approach is how clearly he lays out the how. This isn't about just writing a book—it's about positioning it so it attracts the right clients before you ever get on a call.

Whether you're thinking about writing your first book or already have one out there, this book gives you the roadmap to turn it into a client-generating asset. Highly recommend!

  • Considering (or in the process of) writing a book to boost your business? pick this one up!

I love Zack's Advice to tailor your book to "the right ten" people instead of everyone... this fits in well with one of my favorite design-related phrases "if you build it for everyone, you build it for no one"! I also love his advice, because it resonates from the perspective of being intentional with why you are doing the thing (in this case, of course, why are you writing this book?). Doing this allows you to create a better experience for your customers and serve your purposes better.

I also love that Zack lays out a framework to follow. I love a framework. I won't spoil the whole framework here, but it starts with (what I would call) being intentional with what are you doing and why, and ends with another favorite concept of mine, "change one thing at a time" as you experiment to refine your process. Too often people haphazardly change things instead of approaching it systematically, leaving them clueless as to what is likely working or not.

The final thing I wanted to mention is that this framework is it is opinionated and clear. Some frameworks I have seen are wishy washy, I like an opinionated one so I know clearly what the author recommends. I can then decide how to implement or what parts to adapt to me, but I am left clearly understanding why I should do a thing.

If you have or are considering writing a book to boost your business, pick this one up!

    The 90-Page Draft

You talk on our calls; I write it in your voice. Long enough to show how you work, short enough to get read, and you never write a page yourself.

  3. Stage 3

    The Filter

I build the page where people get your book, the emails that follow up, and a booking form that asks the right questions. Readers learn how you work before they call, and poor fits screen themselves out.

  4. Stage 4

    The Open Tap

We switch it on and test it from the first download to your calendar. Readers can book a call with you without you chasing anyone.

You own every piece.

Who this is for. And who it isn't.

This isn't for you if:

  • You want a 300-page legacy book or a bestseller badge.
  • You want a manuscript and nothing after it.
  • You need guaranteed calls next month. I build the path; I can't promise who walks it.

This works best for experts who want:

  • Clients who show up having already read how you work.
  • New conversations that don't wait on someone remembering to refer you.
  • A finished book from 90 days of conversations, not a year of weekends.
